Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, we want to know as soon as possible to help us put things right promptly.

However you contact us, we will:

• Acknowledge your complaint by phone or email within 24 hours of contact
• Carry out a thorough investigation by visiting your property to understand the cause of the complaint
• Do everything we can to resolve the issues raised as quickly as possible and keep you regularly updated throughout the process.

We will write to you once the complaint has been resolved with a detailed description on how we have carried out the works to fix the problems raised.

Pioneer Doors Ltd are Certass registered which is a Competent Person Scheme that regulates the double glazing industry. The Department for Communities and Local Government set this scheme up in 2006. It's main function is to ensure that double glazing installations follow Building Regulations. It also protects the buyer’s interests and installation quality.
